They start feeling deeply pf each other, even knowing that Katya could unintentionally harm him against her own will. All she knows is that she’s dangerous. Uncertain about their future together and the feeling that their love for each other is doomed, they will have to overcome the obstacles that face them if they are ever to find a happy life memogy. Where mass insanity reigned. Dev does not trust her. These insights I think help us to understand the reasons for Silence, they also highlight what was both lost and gained by it’s implementation and the fear, worry and hope that was felt by the very idea of Silence.
And as is the way with such men they can be stubborn and willful, there were moments throughout this though that Dev was just an asshole, I understand that he needed to protect his people and that no matter what way you look at it Katya was a threat but there were times he was just cruel. In Septemberwhen I got the call that Silhouette Desire wanted t I’ve been writing as long as I can remember and all of my stories always held a thread of romance even when I was writing about a prince who could shoot lasers out of his eyes.
She was so weak that she was pathetic. Katya and Dev’s story is one of my favourites. Heart of Obsidian Once I start reading this series I just can’t stop!!! Bonds of Justice 9. But with those choices had come consequences. This one totally did. The beginning was amazing. I would love to read more about all of them.

Nalini has mastered the art of balancing dialogue with narration to keep the story rolling.

And for me, this book is first and foremost a heart-rending romance. This is what I love about Wingh Singh’s, her stories just are so well nqlini that you get to know both characters really well, and you get to see the relationship unfold.
I must admit that I though I would not be thrilled with this book because I heard tha There are not enough words to express how much I enjoyed this book. Ekaterina, aka Katya, is dropped off at the headquarters of Shine unconscious, starved and abused.

And, even better, he was capable of tenderness with wounded and fragile Katya. She has clearly been tortured both physically and mentally, she is also suffering from amnesia but the feeling that she is more than a victim and could well be a Trojan horse being used as a tool to either gather information about The Shine Foundation or eliminate it’s director is voiced from the beginning.
