I didn’t do any of the exercise part of the book, since I do my own thing already and didn’t think I needed to change it up, pusb it seemed like a good place to start if you don’t currently have any kind of exercise plan.

Give it a chance and see if you can push and achieve your goals. I would recommend this book to anyone and everyone.
